Agree, they should really give you pro-rata TP and Avios for the CW->F cash upgrade part.

I would imagine the ideal situation is if the miles+TP don't post for the flight then you enter in the number on the F boarding pass on the website and get the F miles+TP.

Would be interesting to see if one could have the FF number removed from the ticket by an angel at the CCR and try this method out
