The only bad comment for me about this hotel is, after I filled out a post trip survey giving them 5 points of everything, I received an email from the GM suggest me to write my good experience on TA, which I did. In return I got no miles or stay credit for this hotel. I have to call HH CS 5 times in 2 months (at first they acuse me booking thru third parties which I never did, then after that involve internal investigating), then they said it didn't recognize as it is a prepaid adv. rate

, which I had many prepaid Adv. at other HH family properties, including many Hiltons, I had never had a problem to get my miles and stay credit promtly.
