Just stayed in May 6. From outside the hotel looks old but inside it looks decent and appealing. The top 2 floors (27 & 28?) are executive floors which require key access from elevators. I agree with ORDnHKG, this is one of the best Hilton executive lounges in North America - unlimited supply of bottle water, fountain drinks (Coke products), coffee, and snacks.

In sum, I like this hotel and its good value ($79+tax). I had breakfast at the first floor restaurant - it was great!
