Do you really expect Shannon to come out on FT and explain exactly what happened in a given situation? You might as well make her direct line the new UA customer service number. She's got to pick and choose her battles, and if the relevant people want to paraphrase the process and outcome, so be it (discretion is likely asked for), but she really can't get into specifics or else she's going to get 400 posts in 2 days telling her how that specific example exemplifies everything that's wrong with United and be told how it can all be fixed in 5 days if United cared to.
