Good info. I called them a couple months ago and just asked if the concierges were the same when I was trying to differentiate between the cards...I'd be curious to know how much of a difference the "premium" tag is in practice - though I doubt anyone would ever get a straight answer on that.
Also, both cards come with the Lounge Club card for both primary and AUs, but Ritz card do not charge AU for a fee up to 3 AUs, but there is a $99 fee for Palladium AU.
That is another good point. I had not really considered that angle as my wife is almost always with me when she travels, but that could be a big deal to some people.
