Thanks, I appreciate hearing that it's something that can happen, albeit rare. I think I would have handled better if the GA didn't have an attitude to begin with. Truthfully, I usually have great service from Delta, but my international trip both ways was nothing but the bad experiences I often read here. This last part was the icing on the cake.
