Concencous was yes, it was needed so UA management would hear it all. People posted and complained throughout the forum. Now we have a complaint it is too much. We just arn't going to satisfy everyone.

I personally have found some improvements the past couple weeks (redeposits, refunds, communication), and if people were as quick to post the positive with the negative, we might see the prevaling winds slowly begin to change here.
