F vs CW, 777, daytime flight

I will be flying BOS-LHR next month on the 0815 departure.

I am booked in CW on an Avios ticket and paid my £60 to reserve the last available window seat. It was booked as a oneway, so easy to cancel but I will lose the seat reservation fee.

There is now availability in F for an Avios ticket on the same flight.

I specifically want to work on the flight as I quite like the lack of interruptions.

Plane likely to be a 772 - CW seat booked is 13K. Plane 77% likely to have NF according to the Tracking NF thread and the links therefrom.

Is is worth it to cancel and rebook?
Will F be more private for working than CW?
Would be nice to be able to eat when I feel like it...
