Which is ironic, because there is no regulatory requirement to verify ID at all for supp cards, since the main holder is legally liable for all transactions, and in theory if you want a card with James Bond on it, just to look cool, you should be able to get one!
Maybe there should be a regulatory requirement as credit cards are often accepted as a form of ID
