I applied for promos separately for both myself and my wife. My points posted fairly quickly and hers ended up being a nightmare to post. It took me probably 10+ hours on the phone trying to get it worked out. I even had one Ameritrade rep tell me that I could not be telling the truth that the miles had been transferred. My experience thus far has been terrible. Lots of finger pointing between TD and American. I am thinking about just closing out my TD Ameritrade account and writing this one off. Won't cost me any $$ in the end. Chasing points gets old.
One question - were you able to determine the source of the problem? Was in on the TD end or the AA end?
