The number is on the back of your Plat. card. as i said before PC are just like Ambassadors. it all depends on the person you are dealing with. if you like your Ambassador stick with her. i doubt they will terminate your service just because you did not qualify. but if it happens then call the number on the back of your card. once you find a good person just ask her/him to be your PC.
