I applied for promos separately for both myself and my wife. My points posted fairly quickly and hers ended up being a nightmare to post. It took me probably 10+ hours on the phone trying to get it worked out. I even had one Ameritrade rep tell me that I could not be telling the truth that the miles had been transferred. I finally did a 3-way with the airline so that he could hear someone else confirm that the miles were definitely not in the account.

All in all....a very painful process for my wife's but fairly automatic for me. I still don't know what caused the difference.
