This is strange. I've made many reservations and cancelled a number of reservations at clubcarlson.com, and the cancellation policy (and how much $ and/or miles the penalty, if any, will be) are always very clearly shown, both online and in the confirmation email. I wonder why the deal you booked under did not have this transparency. I've also never seen a points deal that wasn't fully refundable. . . and thus the deals you booked are surprising for several reasons.
