That's yeon-uh-deob-bap (연어덮밥) where yeon-uh means salmon and so the translation for that is Salmon over rice. Hoedeobbap (회덮밥) literally means sashimi over rice. 회 (hoe or hwe) = sashimi, 덮 (deob) = over, 밥 (bap) = rice.
At any rate, bibimbap usually is just vegetables and a meat that is mixed with rice whereas hoedeobbap is actually sashimi over rice. I've never heard hwedeobbap referred to as bibimbap, which was the point I was making earlier.....
I know the difference, trust me.
But I assure you, when I say I have bibimbap with salmon, it's bibimbap. It's an actual bibimbap from the menu, with all the bibimbap ingredients. Then he slices salmon on top of it. It's different ingredients than when I have him make me a hwedeobbap.....
