Hi All,

I was hoping to write a glowing report of the week we spent at the Hyatt Aruba. However it seems as if we have been victims of a bed bug infestation (rooms 442 and 445). What started as 2 bites on Wednesday attributed to mosquitos from out door dining has resulted in over 50 bites on my wife who in consultation with a dermatologist friend has been advised that they are bed bug bites. We did not check the rooms before or during our stay for bed bugs because come on, we were at the hyatt...and figured it was fine.

We have emailed Gold Passport and the Hyatt Aruba to let them know, we will report back with what we hear from them. However for those travelling soon just be sure to check the mattress, etc.

Otherwise the week was fantastic.
