I had this warning last summer for a 2 hour layover in CDG. It appeared when one of my flight’s departure time changed by 5 minutes. From a conversation I had with Delta, this warning pops up for CDG whenever there is a change in a flight’s time. It is a glitch in the system. Clearly fixing this is not a priority for Delta.
