When I first took Seadream in 2002 it was like a floating five star hotel with an RC club level. Once you get onboard, everything is taken care of. There's not much you need to think about due to its an inclusive nature. the same is true with other lines now too, including Crystal. The cabins had flat screen TVs which were rare at the time, the sqft was far above avg, etc. The room service caviar was free-flowing and of decent-enough quality. The rest of the food was hit or miss, but the misses were never revealing of deep flaws. The quality of the ingredients was strong; the problems that did occur were more about execution. The service was pleasantly personalized. It's been proabably five years since my last cruise with them though. Meanwhile, others have upped their standards and built new ships, etc. So where do they fall out? I'd imagine it's still strong. What matters to us is the sun deck, the spa, the cabin and the food & beverages. If those items meet my expectatons then I'll be fine every time.
