Grosvenor House includes breakfast in the restaurant and your choice of plat amenity. I took the local gift of a laser engraved crystal block of the hotel. Awesome breakfast too btw. EDIT: Forgot you could use the lounge for break obviously as well, but not as complete as the restaurant.

Dar Los Sando Le Meridien doens't include breakfast you must select it as your amenity. Not a great spread by any means also.
