Two points, Chaos.Defined:
  1. In the article you cited, author James Taranto refers to an incident in which the executive branch stopped a Senator, who was enroute to cast a vote on the floor of the Senate. Despite the constitutional implications, Mr. Taranto labels the Senator involved a "drama queen".
  2. Mr. Kissinger is likely to be the target of violence. The image of Mr. Kissinger being treated like a common criminal torpedos TSA's claims that they have moved to risk based screening.
