Now, I'm being told that they will not do this, and they want to charge me for the non-status companion. I used to love flying UA and was typically treated very well. Even as recently as two months ago, I was loving the ability to fly either UA or CO and still have a combined earning. Now, the adoption of PMCO policies even where they don't make sense is leaving me frustrated.
