The CO MC has an $85 fee, the UA Visa has a $95 fee... according to chase, the CO MCs will be grandfathered in with the $85 fee as converted MP Explorer cards. I have both and was planning to wait until I hit UA Visa anniversary, then transfer that line over to the Mastercard.
