OP arrived at an airport property after midnight and didn't get the room he requested. I don't mean to infer that OP didn't go there for a 2-week vacation, but presuming that he stayed at BWI to catch an early flight out, this seems to be a minor issue and I can't think of anywhere close to a Hampton price bracket to which he could jump which isn't going to engage in minor annoyances on occasion.

So, if OP wants to jump, he should just do so at random because the grass ain't greener. But, clearly Hilton has flagged him as a problem, so his days with Hilton are done.
