EK site seems not processing Mastercard, due the lack of "Verified by VISA" procedure.

It's what I've been told by my CC customer assistance, after my CC has been rejected when finalizing a reservation.

They say EK site not allowing the password of verified by VISA is not part of their agreement.

Looks unbelievable to me.

I paid via bank transfer, but of course the actual money delivering will be after the 48 hours frame.

EK call center says they see my payment, therefore I would not worry about.
And they don't have a clue what is happening with Mastercard.
