@portland67 I have to say the dining has been sub par, so if you are looking for iron chef quality I'd adjust your expectations. There is some buzz about 2 new restaurants (Carte Blanche and 2 Fools and a Bull) which have limited seats--like 14 total and require advance reservations, as in email now to see if they have availability.) We did not opt to eat there.

Perhaps we just made some bad choices but we didn't notice a strong "local" cuisine other than some seafood preparations and given that everything pretty much has to be flown in there was not a ton of "fresh" options.

We did however enjoy our meal at Papamiento which has a great ambience. The food we had at the Hyatt was also good.

For those reserving beach huts you can request huts on the front row when you initially contact the concierge.
