I am happy to complain but I also want to give employees their due.
I had extremely awesome check in service from AC at CUN today. Also AC1255 was really great, awesome service in J.
The two experiences were probably the highlight of my trip.
I agree with you that it is a good idea to give good employees their due...
...however, I feel bad for you if you have just gone to a place with beautiful beaches and great weather and the highlight of your trip is 'check-in service'
