C&P rates are not offered at every hotel and even at the hotels that offer it, they are not always offered every day of the year so if you have a problem finding availability just go to SPG.com, then program in the city you're looking at staying along with dates and if it shows available, great, but if not go to browse dates/rates and open to C&P and see if alternative dates available...........
