So I have 75000 EQMS and I would need to fly the rest and not use my flexible miles???

I planned on using mine. I have 10,000 flex miles plus the 15,000 miles I'll fly would've equalled 25,000 miles giving me 1k. Now I can't do that? What a Ridiculous rule!
