Yes, should be the same rate. May be a bit more though..

Check the T&Cs of your voucher to see if it can be used for non-Delta flights.

It is really hard to book HA flights with Delta. Seriously. Last year took me some 3 hours to book a return 30 min flight (3 hours to book 1h of flying).
