It will never come back. It has been this way ever since nwa.com was taken down (for years) - then the ability to book HA flights was taken offline. You can only see them, but you can not book them. Is this like now, was like this last year and 2010. Phone agents can't book them either unless they do it as long sell (which is a backwards protocol from 1980s, as Dullta's IT systems are so obsolete, they can not interface with any other airlines modern 1990s or later systems). But, most don't know that. So, you have to ask them to do it as long sell. Most will refuse. So call back until you get an agent who will do it as long sell.

Excpect to spend 2-4 longer than the actual flying time to to book a flight with Dullta.
