I stayed at Grand Bretagne Athens last month, picked breakfast as Platinum amenity. A card for breakfast was issued at checkin, was told to show it to the restaurant people when taking breakfast. The breakfast card mentioned continental only but there is no restriction at the restaurant. The waiter asked several times if I wanted to order eggs from the kitchen. Service was warm, food was plentiful, and great view of Acropolis. The occupancy rate was quite low at the time when I was there so get to sit wherever you like. It was warm enough to sit outside to enjoy the view and fresh air.

My experience at Blue Palace and Vedema was last September, before the Platinum breakfast benefit so not sure what's their policy now.

At Blue Palace, I had breakfast at Olea. It has extensive buffet, a chef was there for eggs or may be other items. Food choice and quality was excellent. Indoor/outdoor sitting, outdoor has view of Spinalonga Island.

Vedema is a small property, they offer buffet breakfast but selection was not so many so I ordered from menu. It is pool side setting, open air with covered patio. Don't remember what I had but recall it was delicious.
