Brandenburg/Tegel/Schoenfeld problem

I was supposed to fly into Berlin Brandenburg on August 11 with Delta/AirFrance. With delayed opening of Brandenburg, I will now be flying into Tegel I guess. Here's the rub. I am supposed to catch an EasyJet flight 4 hours or so after arriving in Berlin. Now, I have to exit Tegel and traverse the city to get to Schoenfeld for my EasuJet flight. That could be a problem. I called Delta and the service rep I talked to didn't know anything about Brandenburg not opening on time. I was hoping to get an earlier flight time so I could have 6 hours to make the transfer, but she couldn't help me at all. I'll have to call back every so often till information trickles down the line.
Question. If I get stuck with the current itinerary, am I going to miss my EasyJet flight? I'm debating whether or not to schedule a flight on another airline to get to my final destination (Dubrovnik) at a cost of an extra $300...
