Sorry I didn't understand. I am a new 1K and I am new to all these upgrades.
From my United account, I see 6 Global Upgrades and 4 Regional Upgrades. I guess all I have is an electronic upgrade certificates, right?
What is a paper upgrades? How do I get them?
