Seared Salmon, wild rice and baby carrots
Hazelnut gnocchi with broccolini

Sage derby, gruyere and cambozola cheese
Hagan Dazs dulce de leche ice cream
Fresh fruit

Breakfast was fresh fruit, rolls, turkey breast and cheese.
