I have 5K miles in my Aadvantage account which have never generated to my AA account. Cartera answers emails telling me to contact AA. AA tells me to contact Cartera. It just goes on and on, ping ponging back and forth. A rep from AA even called my home last night advising Cartera has to do their thing. Any suggestions how I resolve this?
