I saw the same thing on a PS flight but the f/a moved them and the man went crazy. He was screaming about discrimination, etc. when he finally took his new seat he got up and said THIS SEAT IS NOT SAFE, IM NOT SITTING HERE (A pc of carpeting was sticking up). The FA told him fine, take another flight. Either sit down this second or deplane. He sat down
