Pretty true. I think the staff is pretty good about cleaning up the trains when they reach either end of the line. And riders do a pretty good job of policing themselves. An occassional coffee cup will spill, and folks leave newspapers behind sometimes, but I've never encountered any real "messes". Other than on St. Patrick's Day.
