Is a 6,5 months pregnant woman allowed to sit in Emergency row (32J) on a 777-200ER (12h flight) ?

Have there been cases where UA/CO changed the seat upon seeing a pregnant woman? Wouldn't want to have GA at airport change the seat! (Rather change now to less enjoyable seat if absolutely necessary)
