Some advice from the facebook page of BBC Radio Cornwalls Lunchtime with Laurence show:

Here's the advice from the Council for people wanting to see BA2012 fly in tomorrow night: RNAS Culdrose has been chosen as the arrival point of the Olympic Flame into UK on 18th May 2012. LOCOG are responsible for organising what will be a closed event, with approximately 1000 invitees There will be a 2 hour special (BBC and The One Show) showing live footage of the event. There will be a temporary road closure in place on the A3083 from 18.00 -21.00. If public wish to view the BA2012 flight arriving they will need to find somewhere safe to park outside of the road closure and can walk to the fence. Viewing of the activities is extremely limited and it is recommended to tune in to the One Show. Access to the Culdrose public viewing area is open but will not provide a view of the activities and will be affected by the road closure.
You just couldnt make it up, they try and bring the flame close to people only to close off the roads so that nobody can even see it !
