Thanks Littlegirl. I'm still not sure if its worth the time and effort to do so, particularly if all I get is a letter back saying they're sorry for it. I think I'm just irked at it being a disappointing finish to remember my holiday by.
Accidents happen, as in life, and suitcases can get wet during the loading process but this is not common but torrential downpours can happen at all airports.
