Isn't this more a fault of the bag or the packing than BA's baggage handlers.....
I recall arriving at a hotel in Sao Paulo and unpacking my bag to find the contents of my luggage had moved in transit, my shoes were now on top of my clean white shirt (and had been for some time) I had 2 very ingrained dirty feet mark on the front of a clean crisp shirt.
I did not ring LAN and complain, I just laughed at my stupidity (I should have punched myself in the face for being a pillock), put the shirt on and got in the shower with a bar of soap. The beauty of non iron.
I now travel with my shoes in a smaller bag in the suitcase.
