When you are in Uzbekistan as a tourist, you would usually tip:
porters at the airport
your tour guide(s)
your drivers - but not taxi drivers, they get nothing but the fare
waiters at the restaurant - not required, but usually done, about 1-2 dollars regardless of the bill amount
service at hotels
