The problem is then compounded with the system and reliability issues. If the system were working properly and explainable, that'd be one thing. But when it fails frequently and creates scenarios which are impossible to explain, that's another.
I fully agree, the issues are compounded, and even if they resolve most of them, the damage will have been done. Lots of rebuilding to do. But heck, the ToDs will make up for lost revenue this year, ya?
