I booked to brisbane 2 weeks ago on seat only, I could not select my seat in the space plus section, which as a gold member I thought you could? when I then upgraded to the works I could suddenly get space plus?

I am also going again this Saturday and tried the same thing, booked seat only and then the works just to get in the premium cabin.

When did this change, I was under the impression that as a gold member that was one of the rewards regardless of your seat package purchased?

Also both flights I was not offered noise cancelling headphones or a fastpass transit ticket through brisbane airport, has this been abolished too
