Four Seasons, Seattle (since rebranded):

I arrived from a Hawaii vacation for some days of business with a red rash that was rapidly spreading itself across my body. They scheduled a doctor's appointment for me. On my return, there was a lovely arrangement of flowers in my room. (It was an allergic reaction to the suntan lotion provided at the hotel in Hawaii.)

Different trip, same hotel:
On the valet delivering the car on the morning of check out, there was milk and a box of fresh cookies in the car.
