What is very clear in all this is that this benefit is nowhere near as useful as the Hyatt GP confirm-able suite upgrades, which you can confirm at the time of booking. I too am sitting on 10 suite upgrades having failed in attempts to use them and am finding this new benefit more marketing fluff than real benefit
