I forget where I was, but when I got back the clothing in my suitcase was very nicely hung and ironed for me. I totally loved it.

The Waldrof in New York, the Millenium downtown in NYC, the Portland Embassy Suites downtown, and the Intercontinental in Rio all get mentioned for some totally incredible upgrades to very nice rooms over the years.

The Hotel Russell in London because their staff is always going above and beyond, and have always treated us well.

The Hampton Inn in Sturbridge, MA, while they don't have much to offer Gold and Diamond members, they are always thrilled you are there.

The Sheraton Meadowlands for always being available on Priceline for a fraction of their list price and treating you like you paid full price, and for covering their parking lot with solar panels to not only generate electricity, but make going out at 4 am in the winter to get to EWR such a breeze now not having to clean off the car.
