I averaged around 31 according to the Camry's own computer. That's a mix of some 80 mph highway and other roads. I took a longer way back with less highway so that may have helped the mpg a bit. This was only a 300 mile rental max, think it was probably more like 250.

Maybe I'll get the Camry again for the 1500 mile freeway drive next week, then I'll see if the mpg holds up. I was pretty impressed actually that a car that big would average over 30 with my driving. I only get about 30 in my much smaller car (revs high on the highway with its 5-speed stick), and I took a Focus on the 1500 mile drive and only averaged 31 and change according to its computer even though it had a 6-speed auto. Although I have to say on part of the Focus trip I was speeding even faster than usual due to a fast lead car going about 85-ish for a while.
