I have a Gold Skymiles Amex card. I got it last fall, met the spend requirement, got the bonus miles (after a huge argument), have let it sit. I'm traveling on DL in a few months so I'll hang onto it for the free checked bags, then cancel it before the fee is due.

On May 11 I got two separate transactions of 15K and 5K Skymiles posted to my account for "Amex Co-Branded Credit Card" or something like that.

Anybody know why? Not that I'm going to turn them down!
