Read this article today. Thought it was interesting to note how much NAV Canada lost due to downturn in travel following 9/11. BTW, I especially liked the quote from the AC rep.

Air Canada spokeswoman Laura Cooke said the airline realizes that Nav Canada has enhanced its services, however "we remain concerned about the increasing costs being borne by our customers."
BTW, while concerned, expect AC to put back on the International fuel surcharge soon as the price of crude creeps higher with all the Iraq vs George W. war tensions mounts.
