Saying at a Sheraton this week with outlets built into the nightstand. Very very nice to have. However, I still had to crawl behind the bed bc the nightstand wasn't plugged in. And I had to unplug the lamp to free up a wall spot for the nightstand plug.

Even if hotels can't replace the furniture it wouldn't be that NATO gradually replace lamps or alarm clocks with versions that have extra power outlets on them.
